Psychological Training on Burnout Prevention Conducted at Green University

On January 29, a psychological training session focused on burnout prevention and emotional well-being was conducted to help participants better understand and manage stress in academic and professional life. The training was conducted by the university psychologist, Muslima Nabijonova.
The training addressed the early signs of burnout, such as constant fatigue, decreased motivation, difficulty concentrating, irritability, and emotional exhaustion. Participants learned that burnout is not just temporary tiredness, but a psychological and physical response to prolonged stress that requires attention and care.
The session brought together academic staff and administrative staff, creating a supportive space for open discussion about workplace stress and mental health. During the training, the university psychologist introduced practical tools for maintaining mental balance and preventing overload. The program included interactive exercises, self-reflection techniques, and stress-management strategies.
The psychological training contributed to raising awareness about mental health and highlighted the importance of preventive care in creating a healthier and more supportive work environment.
